The terms governing your use of ceezon.com — your rights as a customer, our obligations as a platform, and how we resolve disputes.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase on ceezon.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and all policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy, Exchange Policy, Shipping Policy, and Cookie Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ceezon Apparels Private Limited (CIN: U85100DL2022PTC402341).

These Terms are published in compliance with the Information Technology Act 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020. They are governed by the laws of India.

2. The Ceezon platform

Ceezon is an e-commerce platform that connects customers with garment vendors across India. Ceezon operates as an intermediary marketplace and also sells certain products from its own inventory. Key features include:

Ceezon reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Platform at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Eligibility and accounts

3.1 Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and make purchases. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older, or that you are purchasing with the supervision and consent of a parent or guardian.

3.2 Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@ceezon.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

3.3 Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and placing orders. Inaccurate information may result in delivery failure or order cancellation without liability to Ceezon.

3.4 One account per user

Each person may maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers or circumvent restrictions is prohibited and may result in account termination.

4. Products, pricing and availability

4.1 Product descriptions

We endeavour to display product descriptions, images, and specifications accurately. However, actual colours may vary slightly from display to display, and minor variations in fabric texture or finishing are inherent in handcrafted and artisanal products. These are not defects.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable GST. For NRI customers, an approximate conversion is shown for reference — the actual charge will be in INR at your bank's prevailing exchange rate. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but the price at the time of order placement is the price you pay.

4.3 Availability

Product availability is subject to vendor stock. In the rare event that a product becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, we will notify you within 48 hours and provide a full refund.

5. Ordering and contract formation

A contract between you and Ceezon Apparels Private Limited is formed when:

  1. You complete the checkout process and receive an order confirmation email or WhatsApp message with an order ID.
  2. Payment is successfully received and confirmed.

An order confirmation is not a guarantee of delivery. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.

AI fit confirmation: Before checkout, you will see a confirmation stating the recommended size for your profile. By proceeding, you acknowledge that the AI recommendation has been presented to you. This forms part of the documented basis for our exchange-only policy.

6. Payments

6.1 Payment methods

6.2 Security

All payment processing is handled by Razorpay (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant) or Stripe. Ceezon does not store your card details. For queries about payment security, contact your payment provider directly.

6.3 Failed payments

If a payment fails after an order is placed, the order will be held for 2 hours pending payment completion. After 2 hours, the order will be cancelled and items returned to available inventory. Any amount debited for a failed order will be refunded within 5–7 business days.

6.4 GST invoicing

A GST-compliant invoice will be emailed to you for every purchase. Our GSTIN is 07AAJCD4632M1ZD. B2B buyers requiring specific GSTIN billing should contact support@ceezon.com before placing an order.

7. AI fit recommendations and virtual try-on

7.1 Nature of recommendations

Our AI fit engine provides size and style recommendations based on your body profile and occasion preference. These recommendations are guidance only and are not a guarantee of fit. Actual fit may vary depending on individual preference, fabric stretch, and garment cut.

7.2 Virtual try-on

The virtual try-on feature uses MediaPipe and TensorFlow.js running on your device. Camera feed is processed locally and no images are transmitted to our servers. The try-on result is an approximation — garment drape, weight, and texture cannot be fully simulated.

7.3 Limitation

Ceezon makes no warranty that its AI recommendations will result in a perfect fit in every case. The AI system is designed to minimise size errors; however, Ceezon's liability in cases of fit issues is limited to our exchange policy as described in Section 9.

8. Vendor and dropship model

Ceezon operates a direct-dispatch model. When you place an order, it is routed to the relevant vendor who packs and ships the product directly to your address. This means:

Vendors on the Ceezon platform agree to Ceezon's Vendor Code of Conduct, which includes packaging standards, dispatch timelines (48 hours), and quality requirements. Ceezon is not liable for acts or omissions of vendors beyond our reasonable control, but we will always assist you in resolving vendor-related issues.

9. No-return and exchange policy

Important: Ceezon operates an exchange-only policy. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind or preference. This policy is enabled by our AI fit engine, which is designed to get your size right before you order. Please read this section carefully before purchasing.

9.3 Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019. If you receive a defective product or are the victim of an unfair trade practice, you may approach the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and, where appropriate, legal action.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform — including the Ceezon brand, logo, wordmark, design system, AI fit technology, product photographs, written content, and software — is owned by or licensed to Ceezon Apparels Private Limited and is protected under Indian copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any Platform content without our prior written permission.

Product images uploaded by vendors remain the property of the respective vendors. Ceezon is granted a licence to use vendor images for the purpose of operating the Platform.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law or applicable consumer protection legislation.

13. Dispute resolution and governing law

13.1 Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.

13.2 Informal resolution

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at grievance@ceezon.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will endeavour to resolve complaints within 30 days.

13.3 Consumer forum

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from approaching the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (CDRC) under the Consumer Protection Act 2019, or the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) as applicable.

13.4 NRI and international users

International users acknowledge that these Terms are governed by Indian law. UK/EU users retain rights under their applicable consumer protection legislation to the extent they cannot be waived by contract.

15. Amendments

Ceezon reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account.
