1. How Ceezon ships

Ceezon operates a direct dispatch model. Orders are routed to the vendor holding the product, who packs and dispatches directly to your delivery address. This means:

Vendor dispatch SLA: Vendors are contractually required to dispatch within 48 hours of order confirmation. If a vendor fails to dispatch within this window, Ceezon will escalate and notify you immediately.

Delivery timelines are estimates from the date of vendor dispatch, not order placement. Business days exclude Sundays and national public holidays.

Ceezon ships to all serviceable pin codes in India. To check if your pin code is serviceable, enter it at checkout. If not serviceable, you will be notified before payment.

3. International / NRI shipping

Ceezon ships internationally for NRI customers. International orders are only shipped to an Indian delivery address (Gift to India model). We do not currently ship finished garments outside India.

NRI gifting model: You place and pay for the order from abroad. We deliver to your family's address in India. Full tracking is provided and delivery notifications are sent to both you (abroad) and the recipient (in India).

The NRI customer pays in INR, charged to their international card. No additional international shipping fee — the shipping charge is the same as for domestic orders.

Shipping charges are shown clearly at checkout before payment. No hidden charges.

Transit insurance

All shipments are covered by transit insurance. In the event of damage or loss in transit, Ceezon will file the insurance claim and dispatch a replacement or refund within 7–10 business days. You are not required to file the claim yourself.

You can also track your order at any time by logging into your Ceezon account and visiting "My Orders." The tracking link from the courier is embedded directly in your order status page.

For NRI customers: Both the buyer (abroad) and the recipient (India) receive delivery updates. The NRI buyer receives email updates; the Indian recipient receives WhatsApp/SMS.

6. Self-pickup option

For products held at Ceezon's Delhi location, a self-pickup option is available at checkout.

Self-pickup orders are not subject to any shipping charge.

7. Delivery failures and re-attempts

Please ensure your delivery address and mobile number are accurate at checkout. Ceezon is not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

8. Festive and peak season delays

During high-demand periods — Diwali, Eid, Navratri, Christmas, Republic Day sale — courier networks experience higher volumes and occasional delays. During these periods, add 2–3 business days to the estimated delivery timelines.

We will communicate anticipated delays proactively via email and on the website homepage when seasonal delays are expected.

9. Customs and import duties (NRI)

Since Ceezon ships only within India (domestic delivery), there are no customs duties or import charges applicable to orders. The product ships from an Indian vendor to an Indian address — entirely within India's tax jurisdiction.

GST is included in the displayed product price. There are no additional taxes at delivery.
