1. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website when you visit it. They allow the website to remember information about your visit — such as your login state or items in your cart — so you do not have to re-enter it every time.

Cookies can be "session" (deleted when you close your browser) or "persistent" (remain until they expire or you delete them). They can be "first-party" (set by Ceezon) or "third-party" (set by other companies whose services we use on our pages).

2. Our cookie commitment

Ceezon uses essential cookies only. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, social media cookies, or any cookies that build a profile of your behaviour for use by third parties. Our cookie banner offers "Accept" or "Decline non-essential" — because we have no non-essential cookies, both options result in the same minimal cookie set required to operate the Platform.

This policy applies to ceezon.com and any subdomains. It does not apply to third-party websites linked from our Platform — those sites have their own cookie policies.

3. Cookies we use

We use the following essential cookies to operate the Platform:

4. Cookies we do not use

Ceezon does not sell, rent, or share your browsing data with advertisers. Our product is built on fit intelligence, not advertising revenue.

5. Local storage

In addition to cookies, Ceezon uses browser local storage (a similar technology that stores data on your device) for:

Local storage data is stored entirely on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly take an action (such as placing an order). You can clear local storage at any time through your browser settings (see Section 7).

6. Third-party services

Some third-party services embedded in the Platform may set their own cookies. We have minimised this, but the following applies:

Razorpay (payment processing)

When you proceed to checkout, Razorpay's payment widget may set session cookies necessary for secure payment processing. These cookies are governed by Razorpay's Privacy Policy and are essential for completing your transaction.

Stripe (international payments)

For NRI customers paying via Stripe, Stripe may set security cookies required for fraud prevention and PCI-DSS compliance. These are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Google Fonts

Ceezon loads fonts from Google Fonts. This involves a network request to Google's servers, which may set functional cookies. Google Fonts does not use the font request to build advertising profiles. See Google's Privacy Policy.

TensorFlow.js / MediaPipe (on-device AI)

The AI body scan feature uses TensorFlow.js and MediaPipe models that run entirely in your browser. These libraries do not set any cookies and do not communicate with external servers.

7. Managing your cookies

You can control cookies in several ways:

Through our banner

When you first visit ceezon.com, a cookie banner appears. You may select "Accept" or "Decline non-essential." Since we only use essential cookies, both choices result in the same minimum set of cookies required to run the Platform.

Through your browser

You can view, delete, and block cookies at any time through your browser settings:

BrowserHow to manage cookies
Google ChromeSettings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and other site data
Safari (iPhone/iPad)Settings → Safari → Privacy & Security
FirefoxSettings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
Samsung Browser (Android)Settings → Privacy → Clear Browsing Data

Note: blocking all cookies may prevent the shopping cart and login features from functioning correctly.

8. NRI and international users

For users accessing ceezon.com from the United Kingdom or the European Union, this Cookie Policy is written to comply with the UK GDPR and the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), as well as the EU ePrivacy Directive.

Since Ceezon uses only strictly necessary cookies (as defined under PECR and the EU ePrivacy Directive), we are not required to obtain explicit consent for these cookies under UK/EU law. However, we display the consent banner as a matter of transparency and good practice.
