By accessing or using ceezon.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference. Your agreement is with Ceezon Apparels Private Limited (CIN U85100DL2022PTC402341). If you do not accept these Terms, please stop using the platform.

Ceezon is an e-commerce intermediary marketplace that connects customers with garment vendors across India. Our features include AI body profiling, virtual try-on, family vault profiles, dropship dispatch, and NRI gifting. We may modify or discontinue platform features with reasonable notice.

• Age. You must be at least 18 years old to use Ceezon.
• Account responsibility. Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account, and should report any unauthorised use to support@ceezon.com immediately.
• Accurate information. Inaccurate information may lead to delivery failure or order cancellation, without liability to Ceezon.
• One account. Holding multiple accounts breaches this policy and may result in termination.

• Descriptions. Minor variations in fabric texture or finishing are inherent in handcrafted and artisanal products, and are not defects.
• Pricing. All prices are shown in INR and are inclusive of GST. Prices may change without notice, but the price at the time you place your order is the price you pay.
• Availability. If a product is unavailable after you order, we will notify you within 48 hours and issue a full refund.

A contract is formed when you complete checkout, receive order confirmation by email or WhatsApp, and payment is successfully received. An order confirmation is not a guarantee of delivery. We may cancel an order in the event of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or unavailability. Before checkout, our AI size recommendation is shown to you; proceeding acknowledges that this is the documented basis for our exchange-only policy.

• Methods. UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and supported wallets — all via Razorpay, for both domestic and international customers.
• Security. All payments are handled by Razorpay (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant). Ceezon does not store your card details.
• Failed payments. Orders are held for 2 hours pending payment; if unpaid, the order is cancelled and inventory released. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
• GST invoicing. Our GSTIN is 07AAJCD4632M1ZD. B2B buyers who need specific billing details should contact support@ceezon.com.

• Nature. Recommendations are guidance only and are not a guarantee of fit.
• Virtual try-on. The camera feed is processed locally on your device; no images are transmitted to our servers.
• Limitation. Ceezon makes no warranty that its AI recommendations will result in a perfect fit in every case.

Orders are routed to the relevant vendors for direct dispatch. Multiple products in one order may ship from different vendor locations and arrive separately. Vendors must comply with Ceezon's Vendor Code of Conduct, including a 48-hour dispatch timeline. Ceezon takes responsibility for vendor performance and assists with resolution.

Exchanges are accepted for:

• Material defects (manufacturing faults, tears, broken fasteners)
• The wrong item being delivered (a different product or size)
• Transit damage, with photo evidence within 48 hours

Exchanges are not accepted for:

• Change of mind
• Dissatisfaction with a colour shade
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items with tags removed

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Full details are on our exchange policy page.

You may not use the platform unlawfully; gain unauthorised access; upload malicious content; scrape data without permission; misuse virtual try-on; impersonate others; place fraudulent orders; or post false reviews. Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

All content on the platform — including the Ceezon brand, logo, wordmark, design system, AI fit technology, product photographs, written content, and software — is owned by or licensed to Ceezon Apparels Private Limited. Vendor product images remain the property of the respective vendor, under licence to the Ceezon platform.

Ceezon's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of profits, and the acts of third-party vendors except in cases of our negligent oversight. These exclusions do not apply to fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any non-waivable consumer protections.

• Governing law. These Terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts of New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
• Informal resolution. Please contact support@ceezon.com before starting any legal proceedings; we aim to resolve disputes within 30 days.
• Consumer forum. Your access to the CDRC and NCDRC remains available.
• NRI/international users. Indian law applies. UK/EU users retain their applicable consumer protection rights.

We may modify these Terms. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, we will give 14 days' notice by email. Continuing to use the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance; if you do not accept the changes, please close your account.
