Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Made-to-fit and made-to-order pieces may take a little longer, and the expected timeline is shown on the product page. Processing may be extended during weekends, public holidays, and high-volume festive periods — we'll keep you posted if anything affects your order.

Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value, and are shown clearly before you pay. From time to time we run free-shipping offers on qualifying orders; any such threshold will be displayed at checkout.

We deliver pan-India through trusted partners including Delhivery, DTDC, and Speed Post. Standard delivery within India usually takes 4–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Remote and non-metro pin codes may take a little longer. All timelines are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order is dispatched, we'll share a tracking number by email and SMS so you can follow it every step of the way. You can also view the latest status of your order at any time from your Ceezon account.

Delivery timelines for international orders depend on the destination and the delivery address in India.
